Insight Into My Process
Research → Synthesis → Testing → Systems → Impact
Every decision I make is grounded in understanding people. From initial workshops to final prototypes, my process brings research, design, and testing together to create thoughtful, intuitive experiences. Here's how I get there:
Discovery Workshops
I often begin projects by facilitating workshops with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and brand leaders. Whether it’s a journey mapping session, persona curation, or feature prioritization exercise, these sessions help identify key challenges, align on goals, and bring everyone into the design process early.
Leading with Research
User research is the foundation of my work. I plan and lead research initiatives that uncover real-world needs, whether that’s through user interviews, competitive analysis, or stakeholder discovery. I synthesize findings into clear patterns and present actionable takeaways that help teams make smarter decisions.
- Interview guides & scripts
- Personas & journey maps
- Research distillation for stakeholders
Testing & Iterating
I use both moderated and unmoderated usability testing to validate ideas and improve designs. By observing real users interact, I uncover friction points, unmet needs, and moments of success. I then refine designs based on those learnings and test again.

Side Quest: Data Visualization
Though data visualization is involved in every project or iteration, it is imperative to demonstrating findings. I believe data shouldn’t just a be pretty addition, it should be used to inspire action. Whether I’m summarizing research findings or creating persuasive landing pages, I use data visualization to tell meaningful stories that help teams justify design decisions, and communicate value.
